All of us at Provolution have received training that is boring, impractical and a waste of time. been participants in training and we know! That’s why we created this format for WELLBiz!

In this program, every team member receives at least 6 Hours of One-to-One coaching! After every module, there is 30-minutes of personal coaching and a follow up session to assess application.

Most training ends after your people leave the room, right? Not WELLBiz!

We set goals and targets in the formal training. These are followed up in coaching. And then, we  evaluate performance in areas such as their dedication, skill and intention.

Part 2 – Roll-Out WELLBiz! Skills to Your Staff!

Overview

In Part 2 of WELLBiz! we help your leadership integrate the WELLBiz! Skills into their departmental teams. We do this by training them to train the rest of your people.

This achieves two important goals – firstly, your leadership practice the skills daily and become more and more familiar with them.

Secondly, your team and your leadership will begin to talk the same cultural language – using the same skills to create a shared working culture.

Over the next six months, your leaders will be trained in how to train your people. They will be given assignments, just like in the first part and be coached and assessed on their performance. Using the coaching skills they were taught in Module 5&6 of the original program, they will coach their teams to create a Well Business – more collaborative, communicative and considerate.

Followed By: Twice Month Coaching and Follow Up

Once again, your team will receive one-hour of individual coaching per module to set goals, review performance and overcome any issues in applying their new coaching skills.

Impact Assessment

Our final report assess Individual Performance Results and assesses the overall impact of the program on the goal of creating a Well Business within your organisation.
